The Latino Gastronomic Festival opens space to creativity, technique and identity of new generations with the University Mixology Competition «Ancestral Flavors: Cocoa, Corn and Mezcal». This initiative invites students of gastronomy, food and beverages, hospitality, tourism and related careers to pay tribute to the ingredients that define us, through innovative cocktails that blend tradition and modernity.

A platform for Puebla’s young talent to shine, connect with the ancestral legacy of cocoa, corn and mezcal, and share their vision with audiences across the continent.
